Can I be delivered abroad?

We currently deliver all countries via DHL.

 

What are the shipping and delivery times?

Shipping times are 48 business hours (Monday to Friday) maximum within the limit of available stock. This period corresponds to the preparation time of your order in our warehouses (destocking, verification, preparation parcel, packaging, labeling ...), your order is then given to the chosen carrier.

Delivery times are 24h to 72h for Bags, CASES, and a working week for ACCESSORY classes; PORTFOLIO.

What should I do if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

In the case where your carrier is DHL, the package is delivered directly to you and if you are not at home at that time, you will be entitled to 2 other attempts of delivery. At the same time, the carrier (DHL) at each passage will deposit a notice in your mailbox. This notice indicates the time and day of passage and the post office where you can pick up the parcel. You will then have to go to the indicated post office with the passage card filed by the postman and a piece of identification to remove it. You then have a period of 14 days, beyond which the package will be returned.

In the case where your carrier is Chronopost, it will leave you a notice in your mailbox. This notice indicates the time and day of passage and the post office where you can pick up the parcel. You will then have to go to the indicated post office with the passage card filed by the postman and a piece of identification to remove it. You then have a period of 14 days, beyond which the package will be returned.

In the case where your delivery address is in Morocco, you will be entitled to 2 delivery attempts. The carrier will leave you a notice in your mailbox. This notice indicates the time and day of passage and the post office where you can pick up the parcel. You will then have to go to the indicated post office with the passage card filed by the postman and a piece of identification to remove it. You then have a period of 14 days, beyond which the parcel will be returned to us.

In the case where your delivery address is in Senegal Dakar, you can withdraw your order at the relay point located at SNC 2 routes Sacré Coeur Central Dakar, Dakar, Senegal. You have then a period of 5 days, beyond the order will be canceled (possibility to pay on the spot)

 How do I know where is my order ?

We send you a confirmation email a few minutes after the validation of your order. In this email you will find the summary of your order and a link to access your account and track the status of your order. Your order will go through the following statuses: "Validated" and "Shipped".

When delivering your package to the carrier, you will also receive a new email telling you that your package has been given to the carrier, in which a parcel tracking number will allow you to follow the course.
